First Time Guest

When booking a color or extension service, we recommend you schedule a complimentary consultation in order to ensure that we provide you with the highest quality service possible! We'll also connect you with the stylist that would be best suited to meet your individual needs. Our Twinsburg salon specializes in textured hair, and we're here to give you the personalized care you deserve.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give a minimum of 24 hour notice of cancellation for any appointment. At Noir et Blanc, you get our undivided attention and we block time accordingly. Our stylists appreciate your consideration when cancelling or rebooking services as it enables them fill the time slot previously held for you with another client. Failure to adhere to this request may result in a 25% charge to the credit card or gift certificate. For more information, please contact us.

Deposit Policy

A 25% deposit is required for all services at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your final total and is non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.
